Well I'm currently in the middle of the kerfing which as I said already said is a lot easier this year because we're using the small bandsaw, . Gary cut the wood out for us using the ticknessing machine. Its then up to us after that to cut the kerfing, this is done by making a series of cuts nearly right through the wood, then using glue and pegs to stick kerfing on the top and bottom edges of the guitar. Tony warned me not to put too much glue because it'll be seen through the soundhole and it doesn't look attractive.
