Thursday - October 16th

Today I practiced with the iron...and burned myself. Tony helped me shape my guitar form, it was difficult enough but I got the hang of it after a while. The pieces of wood had to be left to soak in water and then we had to apply heat to them using the iron and bend them into shape.


We had to be careful of a few things:

1. Not to apply too much heat (wood would burn)

2. Not to let the gloves touch off the iron

3. Not too apply to much pressure to the wood as it may snap.

4. Safety when using the iron.

Also we held our class party Thursday night, a great night was had by all.
